Based on the images provided it's difficult to make a full and accurate assessment as to whether this is caused by a volume deficiency or is a result of muscle movement with animation. If in fact the asymmetry is caused by volume deficiency, filler can be used to correct this. I recommend you seek an in-person consultation with an experienced and licensed provider in your area.

This varies from patient to patient but generally speaking is about 2 weeks following initial injection.
