This is a banana roll! Think of it as a deflated balloon with a new fold. This is best treated with a BBL in my opinion. All other techniques haven't really resulted in correction. Best Wishes!!

Regular liposuction could improve the contours and transition. BBL can be added to improve contours should the shelf actually need some filling in the lower part of the buttock. I would definitely touch base with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with liposuction and BBL's. Best Wishes!!

Ok I think your best non-surgical options include Morpheus8 treatments in a series or Ellacor. Ellacor for the neck is off label so you'll need to talk to your provider if they've had good experience with the type of changes you have. Neck lift would be the gold standard though. Best Wishes!!

Ok well obviously an in person visit is optimal, however I would tell you that first off, let things heal and soften to make decisions. If you want to optimize while healing, then consider Morpheus treatments that deliver radiofrequency energy through microneedles. Ellacor is also an alternative with tiny cores of skin being removed; generally more effective in the face, but I have been treating almost every face with a neck as well and have been happy with with what I'm seeing.
