Refinements are very common on orthodontic treatment.There is a time limit for them.You are supposed to finish your tratys before you start the refinements.

I would recommend to wait to have the dentist recement the temporary crown if it is a matter of a couple of days wait. Make sure you are very carefull with oral hygiene. Be gentle when chewing on that side.

There is no difference of price due to the age. There is a difference of price due to the complexity of the case.

There is this a type of invisalign express which is less expensive. This type applies only for easy cases with 10 sets of aligners. There is no refinement or midcourse correction included in this type.

Thre is a way to avoid the metal margins.

You can have full porcelain crown when it comes to the front teeth. There is a very storng type of crown called Zirconia crown that is both, very esthetic and strong for the posterior teeth.

You can definitelly use invisalign to correct your problem.I have had several cases like yours that I successfully treated with invisalign.Make sure you use your aligners 22hours a day.

Thre is no age limit for invisalign.Invisalign is not effective for very young people when they have their baby teeth.

However, we can treat people with invisalign even at 80+ age.
