Does bonding really stain teeth that easily?
Yes, and no.

While it’s true coffee/wine/tea/soft drinks will eventually stain bonding, your attention to oral hygiene will help minimize any effects. Using a straw to drink dark colored drinks and following up with a swish of water can also help. Should the bonding start to discolor, many times all your dentist needs to do is polish it and it’s good as new.
