Of course you would need an in person exam to tell for sure, but based on your photos I think you are a good candidate for abdominoplasty. May not get as flat as you want, but should be able to get you 90% of the way there. You certainly have plenty of skin to qualify. Another test is to pinch the skin at the level of the umbilicus. I have this technology and have tried 5 or 6 of these for fairly minimal sagging. In about half of them I ended up doing a standard mastopexy a year later.
Morphs versus reality, how close is a doctor able to get to the morphs?

Typically when we morph nose images for patients, we tend to underdo it so as not to give false promises. Anyone can make your nose perfectly straight on front view with morphing or Photoshop software. However the real question is whether that can be achieved surgically.
I believe you would be better served by viewing before and after photos of crooked noses on the surgeon’s website and choose accordingly.
How long after a tummy tuck should I wait to have a colonoscopy?

This is something that would need to be decided between your gastroenterologist and plastic surgeon. Interestingly, I recently performed abdominoplasty on the wife of a gastroenterologist and he told me that sometimes very early after a tummy tuck the colonoscopy is slightly more difficult from a technical standpoint as it is more difficult to distend the colon during the exam.
