 Asymmetry and small deformities of the gluteal crease can be a perplexing problem to both Patients and Plastic Surgeons. These are either due to previous surgery or just appear naturally.  These depressions represent scar tissue as your capsule starts to shrink. They can be treated with fat transplantation. You could’ve also had fat inserted at the time of your implant removal. This is called simultaneous implant exchange with fat. This may have eliminated the problem that you’re currently having. In any event, you would do well with fat grafting. RF microneedling treats the dermis; classic fat grafting is subcutaneous.  As the two modalities treat  different areas there should be no issues with timing or delay, except for usual recovery times.   “Nano Fat” which is the latest plastic surgery misnomer, is an attempt at branding a new term to the treatment of the dermis with elements (growth factors, stem cells)  contained in fat.  In this case, Nano fat and RF needling should not be done at the same time.
