After any kind of surgical procedure and more so after liposuction there is always significant swelling that might not be uniform and even but "patchy" creating the impression of lumps and hardness. If the procedure was performed correctly you should already see significant changes and your size and shape should look great. You have to be patient to see your final results that should be obvious by the 3 to 4 month mark.

It seems from your picture that there is still a significant amount of fat. Removing the fat more evenly and thoroughly should improve what concerns you. 
Redness/hardness in inner thigh post Smart Lipo: is it a seroma or possibly a hematoma?
Problems after liposuction

From the pictures you sent and without the benefit of a physical exam I would advise you to contact your surgeon to rule out the possibility of cellulitis and the need for antibiotics. The problem is in only one side and quite swollen and red so definitively call your surgeon. 
Liposuction post op 1 week and shape is like this, is this just swelling?

Well by seen the pictures, I would like to ask you what areas had liposuction. Was it the abdomen only or was any other area done.  When liposuction is performed there is inflammation present on the worked areas. Hardening on the tissues may occur. If you have any questions regarding the access wounds from the procedure, it will be best to ask your surgeon to examine the area. On occasions pictures are not necessarily the best to evaluate the wounds.
Very swollen 2 weeks post op BBL and not seeing results, is this normal?

After an extensive liposuction and fat transfer patients may swell in different degrees.  It is not uncommon to have inflammation 2 weeks after the procedure. Continue the guidelines given by your surgeon. As time passes inflammation improves, but 2 weeks after patients may still have considerable swelling. Hope this helps
