Prices vary from location to location. Also type of crowns can cause a price change. Does that fee include a rootcanal or crown only? Most fees in our area seem to be around 1000-1500. If rootcanal is needed that would add additional Costs.
We never judge a dentists fees but ultimately, everything in life has a relative value. But I would never pay twice as much for a Mercedes just to say I purchased it from a particular location.

Ultimately , it depends on your implant type, quality of placement and what your long term goal with your teeth. But snap on to implant clasp or an implant retained bar are good choices for helping stabilize your lower denture.

A crack tooth will need either extraction or root canal buildup and crown. Ultimately, what is need is to determine the extent of the crack . If it is not broken below the gum level it can be saved via root canal and crown. For about 1500. If you elect to extract it, you should get a bone graft at time of extraction.
