You are a good candidate for breast augmentation. Your nipple position is little low but your surgeon can lower your inframammary fold to push the nipple higher.

I would recommend to deflate your saline implants two weeks before surgery to let the tissue retract and evaluate your size without implants. All of the areola tissue can be reduced and use smaller implant or fat grafting without implants. Please see the attached picture of patient with large areola
Overdone lipo to the arms? Too skinny now. What can be done?
