Good question. If they are truely purse string permanent suture, then it is appropriate to trim ends. If you keep the area clean and apply antibiotic ointment, you should be fine. If the suture is a dissolving type then it would have been better to remove the stitch, to speed up the healing.

The brachiolplasty will remove the majority of the stretch from the groove right behind your bicep to about the posterior border of the arm at the posterior axillary line. Hi there, in my opinion there are stages to ones recovery after a breast augmentation. After 1 week patients are back to their normal activities, with the exception of excessive upper body movements. 1 month is complete healing time. 
Am I making a mistake not getting MR with my TT. I have had three c sections but NO diastasis.
