The best treatment would be liposuction. It would be best to choose a surgeon who does a high volume of lipedema liposuction due to the extreme necessity for expertise, especially in areas such as knees, calves, and ankles. In most cases, we prefer Power Assisted Liposuction using tumescent anesthesia.

It is about choosing the right dimensions that fit your breast width. Measurements and fitting the right implant will give you the best results.
Make sure that you're evaluated by a specialist, who performs large volumes of breast augmentation with great lots of before and afters. Also, make sure that the physician is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Try to get to a stable weight for around 6 months before proceeding with the procedure.

If a patient already reached a stable weight, then he can be a good candidate for a tummy tuck. However, if someone is still ACTIVELY losing weight, then he has to wait until it stabilizes at least around six(6) months before he may proceed with the procedure. Otherwise, if he keeps losing weight and does the tummy tuck, there is a greater chance that he will have more laxity in the future.
Make sure to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon if you wish to proceed with the procedure.
