Its all based on patient assessment. We like to use conventional Mironeedling (without the RF) for treatment of acne scarring and we tend to use our Sylfirm for skin tightening and skin remodeling. Sylfirm has recommended settings and guidelines that prevent burning through the "good fat". Its completely safe. Is it safe to get Botox at 15 weeks pregnant?

It is not recommended to get Botox throughout your pregnancy or while breastfeeding. I know the studies show that it does not cross the placenta but the risks are unknown and therefore we do not recommend it while pregnant or breastfeeding.

As filler integrates into the tissues it can get better i would recommend waiting 4-6 weeks post initial treatment before receiving any more filler. This will give time for the existing filler to settle and integrate into the tissue.
Poor Botox result not resolving

It can take time for the muscle under the eye to get its full function back. Not everyone is a candidate for under eye botox because you can knock out the muscle supporting the skin tissue in the area. In the meantime you can do treatments to help the skin laxity in that area. I would recommend radio frequency Microneedling called the SYLFIRMX. It can safely treat around the eyes and helps skin laxity.

They are finding that in some people filler is lasting longer than we think. It could be compromising the flow of a vessel in that area. I would ultrasound it to check to see if theres compromised blood flow but i would also consider dissolving the filler as that would help as well. Good Luck on Monday!
