It is hard to raise a breast so we typically will lower the breast that starts out higher. We do this by lowering the breast fold (the infra-mammary crease) which could have been done in your left breast. For small differences I usually don't lower the fold because lowering the fold is not without its own set of problems so if it is a small difference I usually will inform the patient of the asymmetry and agree to leave it alone and accept the small, normal difference in breast height.

The photo of the other person actually had a lift (although not an adequate one), but still a lift nonetheless so it is hard to compare just an augmentation to a patient who had a lift with an implant. I doubt you would ever find a plastic surgeon to perform just an augmentation on you as the result would be far from satisfactory. If you are not flat after a tummy tuck then it is either weakness of your stomach muscles and despite being re-approximated and in good position they are still weak so plank exercises over a year will help to flatten your abdomen. Very interestingly Dr Rohrich and others performed a study which essentially said everyone has a button slightly off center one way or another. We can't move the belly button back to center with a tummy tuck--we can only bring the belly button out through a new opening in the skin, but the belly button remains in the same position as it was before surgery.
