Generally speaking, you need back teeth as anchorage to be used in order to move front teeth. In absence of back teeth, in some cases, the option would be to use temporary mini implants to be used as anchorage. The other alternative is to replace back teeth with dental implants first, if possible, and then use them as anchorage for front teeth. Finally the last option would be to close gaps using cosmetic dentistry without any teeth movements involved.
