If the implant was placed at an angle, the angle can be corrected by using angled or custom abutments. I would recommend doing a zirconia abutment and a cement retained crown for any front tooth as it is more esthetic, especially if the implant was angulated. I believe you can consider veneers to fix your lateral incisors. I recommend doing veneers on the front six teeth at least since this will give a better esthetic result. The teeth will have to be reduced more than they would if you first bring them into the correct position with braces or Invisalign and then do veneers. The dentist can show you a diagnostic wax-up and determine ahead of time how much reduction will be required in order to give you the smile you want.

Implants do not have any nerve endings and hence there is no sensation with them. I suggest that you have your dentist evaluate the adjacent teeth and even the lower teeth. Sensitivity could be coming from any tooth in that area.

An implant is a titanium screw that is placed in the upper or lower jaw to take the place of a root of a tooth.
