Statement: The expression of beauty has always attracted me. My early experience as a fashion model, medical illustrator and dancer polished my understanding of how important, form, movement and design are in creating a lovely, radiant smile. This experience also refined my sensitivity to the emotional dimension of oral enhancement. A core value of my practice extends from my strong personal conviction that science works best when it’s in the service of natural beauty. My team’s aim is to open the “sacred door” between doctor and patient to enter an atmosphere of trust and confidence. We want our patients to feel secure and become as motivated by the treatment plan as we are. Your full involvement in your transformation is an important goal of ours.

Do you think I can achieve a wider smile with Invisalign?
We Have Ways to Make You Happy
Mar 29, 2021
Mar 29, 2021
Invisalign can achieve some limited widening of the upper arch in adults. The look of the canines can also be altered by other means, such as reshaping of the teeth or placement of veneers. With a proper aesthetic consult a cosmetic dentist can provide the best treatment options to achieve your goal.
My tooth has been chipped since 5 grade I’m 31 now can I still get it fixed?
Never Too Late in Your Case.
Mar 29, 2021
Mar 29, 2021
Absolutely! Your teeth can be restored with bonding in a shade that matches your existing teeth so it looks like nothing ever happened.
Should all 4 crowns be redone? Would Invisalign be better? Looking for options.
How to Make Sure
Mar 21, 2021
Mar 21, 2021
It appears that your issue is with tooth shape and that is something Invisalign does not address. If you want to alter the shape of your crowns the solution is replacement. If you move forward with replacement, make sure you are very clear about the final shape you want. One way to ensure that you get a result like your temporaries is to ask your dentist to send a photo and a mold of your temporaries to the lab for them to replicate.
What’s your recommendation for a brighter smile following recent illness and medications/dry
Good Advice
Mar 21, 2021
Mar 21, 2021
Your dentist is wise to recommend safe, gradual professional whitening in your case. Ask your dentist about supplementing the whitening process with an enamel reinforcing product that has a fluoride or calcium base.
Can you do in office teeth whitening and gum lift/contouring while on Accutane?
Avoid Light
Mar 21, 2021
Mar 21, 2021
Since Accutane makes your skin highly sensitive to the sun, any in office whitening that uses UV lighting is to be avoided. Although it can cause dryness in the mouth and chapped lips, it should not interfere with the other treatments you mentioned.
Can I whiten my teeth that don’t have cavities?
Sound Approach
Mar 21, 2021
Mar 21, 2021
This is a smart question. I’m happy to hear you will be taking care of the cavities because the back teeth are so important for proper function. Whitening strips only work on the teeth to which they applied, which do not include back teeth. Therefore they should be safe for your use.
I’m missing my right later. Could 2 veneers be an option for me?
Seek Symmetry
Mar 21, 2021
Mar 21, 2021
Visual symmetry is an extremely important goal for cosmetic work. It is possible to place veneers on the two front teeth and on the right canine teeth to close all of the spaces. Although this process would close the space it would result in a lack of symmetry with the left side. Another option would be tooth movement using traditional orthodontics or Invisalign to widen the space where the lateral incisor belongs and placing a special kind of bridge.
