When teeth are whitened, you can have white spots appear from dehydration of the teeth during the process.  The whitening did not cause the white spots.  They were there before but not as visible.  With some whitening processes, the whole spots can get better by continuing the whitening process until it blends in more.  There is also a great in office process to remove the spots that do not blend.  It is called Icon.

Thank you for including radiographs. The surgeon could be right about the tooth next to the implants. I have seen teeth next to New implants flare up after surgery. This can occur with root canal teeth next to a surgical site. The surgeon is on the right path!
Do short dental implants last a shorter amount of time?

The surgeon wants the same great result you are wanting!  If an implant is shorter, the width of the Implant needs to be wider. Of course we prefer a longer Implant but you do not have bone. Ask yourself what is the alternative. I am sure you want the implants but now understand how tooth loss years ago can lead to less options for you today.

The upper back teeth are near the sinus or in the sinus. If you had work done on the back teeth, a piece of the root or file can migrate into the sinus. This is a complication sometimes and no one did anything wrong. It just happened to you. It is a good ideas to remove it so you do not get a sinus problem.

You have not included a photo.  The way you have described your lower teeth seems they can be recontoured to open up some of the space on the top edge of the teeth so they do not look so straight across.

A chip on a veneers needs to be evaluated to see if it is a small issue or the veneer must be replaced. Go back to the dentist who placed your veneers if possible but do not worry if you can not do it that way. We have great methods to match exsisiting teeth as well as veneers so go in for an opinion.

The new porcelain we have available will be able to cover your tetracycline stained teeth. Have your smile makeover done by a dentist who does a lot of cosmetic dentistry. Your case needs an expert!  Another option I would explore is clear aligner like Invisalign first, Kor deep bleaching to lighten the teeth and see if you Love your straight white is can usually be done in less than a year and has less maintainance in your life time. Kor will work on tetracycline stained teeth.
