Thanks for sending your photos, The area is not indicative of a dry socket. You may just be experiencing some normal post op pain
Should I get my chipped teeth filled/bonded before or after having them whitened?
Bonding before whitening ?

You should always whiten your teeth prior to bonding as you want to have the colors match the new color of your teeth. More concerning is the cause of those chips, I would seek care from a dentist to diagnose the reasons that you are having you teeth chip like that

Zoom whitening should only be done once, I would recommend another whitening procedure like KoR whitening which last longer and has far less sensitivity . Good luck

This is just a discrepancy in the angle of the panorex. Invisalign does not make the face appear wider. Nothing to worry about

Vivera retainers and movement of teeth
Jan 16, 2019
Jan 16, 2019
Vivera retainers do exactly what they are supposed to do which is prevent teeth from moving . If you have worn them , your teeth should not move. You do not state how you used them . Generally if your teeth move it is because they are not being used appropriately. You need to speak to your orthodontist and he will decide but in most cases the patient will have to pay for a new case once retainers are made .
Is my bite forever ruined after SDC aligners?
Smile Direct Club
Jan 16, 2019
Jan 16, 2019
Unfortunately Smile Direct Club is not monitored by a dentist so you basically tried DIY dentistry unsuccessfully . You need to see a qualified orthodontist to fix the work that smile direct club did. Your bite is wrong and your smile looks off. Unfortunately this is common when you try to do things on your own that professionals go to school for a long time to learn how to do. Hope you are able to get it corrected.

You still have a lot of trays to go. Many times you need to have refinements at the end of the treatment to tweak the results and get you to the desired results. Discuss your concerns with the dentist next time you are in the office. Good luck.
