After  teeth whitening (such as Zoom in office whitening) we advised our patients to wait about 7-10 days to take a final shade for their cosmetic procedures. We sometimes also proceed with the procedure (e.g. Veneers, Crowns) if patient is on a time crunch, then do the whitening while patient is in temporary stage and take a shade in 7-10 days and call the shade to the lab. Please consult with a experienced cosmetic dentist to evaluate all of your options.
Do my veneers look too big? Can I ask for them to be changed? 1 day post op.

Hello,I do agree that your veneers need to be evaluated. The shade/shape does not fit your smile. You might also want to consider veneering the two lateral teeth for more even smile line. Please see a experienced cosmetic dentist to evaluate your smile and make sure they have option to use aaesthetic porcelain material such as empress/emax for best aesthetic look.

Most of the all on four prosthesis are made of acrylic, however many patients do upgrade to the Zirconia. At our office we do both and the Zirconia although is stronger and more aesthetic it is considerably a heavier prosthesis. Most patient won’t notice the difference in weight.

The implant identification stickers show that you have clone of name brand implants. They may have told you that you are getting Nobel Biocare “compatible” implants. 
One of the issues of getting this type of work far from home is the inability to followup for post op work such as the need for adjustments, paresthesia evaluation and nerve mapping (evaluation of numbness), management of possible failure and bone loss of implants and other needed care. Hello,Pressure like symptoms are often result of swelling following the removal of teeth and bone reduction. These symptoms should relieve within a few weeks following surgery. At your post-op visit please have your dentist evaluate your bite and adjust your occlusion as high spots can sometimes cause throbbing symptoms as well..
