The patient's main concern was that she felt her face looked heavy in her lower cheek and that she was developing a slight jowl along the jawline and chin. I injected Voluma into her midface and chin in order to restore volume in her cheek, thus slightly lifting her nasolabial folds and slight jowls and also rounding the contour of her cheek/midface. Injecting Voluma along the jawline and chin also softened the jowls as well as improving her profile by projecting her chin out further. I also injected botox in her chin to soften the look of her chin. The overall effect was to re-contour her face making it more "heart-shaped" feminine shape and to soften lines and folds without giving her an "injected" look.
