How long after or before lasers to get tear troughs filler and glabella Botox?

This is a great question as the order of operations definitely matters. I generally do not combine botox with any laser device that causes swelling since this can cause migration of botox leading to an undesired outcome.
In general, I always do filler before botox, albeit during the same visit. I may recline a patient’s head to do filler, and after botox I advise patients to keep their head relatively upright for a couple of hours. Regarding laser, whether you can do it on the same day…
