Hello, Finasteride has been documented to increase risk of breast cancer. Till now around 50 cases have been reported in world of breast cancer in patient using finasteride especially of 5mg for prostate Cancer. The Finasteride used for alopecia is 1mg and till date around 3 cases of breast cancer reported in world. Yes there is a increased risk in your case, finally the decision is yours to make. You can use minoxidil, PRP etc for optimum results.

Hello, Thanks for sharing your pics. Ten days is too early to comment on the results as there will be lot of swelling and the skin needs to redrape and shrink. It usually takes 2-3 months to see final results. Strict adherence to compression garment and massage can give good result. Followup with your operating surgeon.

Hello, thanks for your query. Fat transfer is safe and effective treatment. When done properly it will not leave any dents as only excess fat from the area is removed not the entire amount. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon.
