Thank you for the question and posting the pictures. You have a good results following the implant removal. To improve the shape and get more upper pole fullness, you are looking at more surgery which can be auto augmentation with your own tissues. You can think of fat transfer to get more volume but it doesn't add projection to the breast.

When planning breast reduction surgery, it's advisable to achieve your target weight so that you do not lose the good results from surgery. In some cases with very large breast, when it is not easy to do exercise, i operate at higher BMI but make patients aware that if they lose weight after surgery, might notice decrease in breast size and some loose skin. Generally small amount of weight loss can be well tolerated.

Thank you for the question. The mummy makeover surgery is a major surgery where more than one area is addressed and tummy and breast are the most common combination. Wound healing can be around 3 weeks and swelling will take time to settle down. You will be given an exercise regime to follow in post operative period to help your recovery. From the pictures provided, it appears that you have more breast tissue below the nipple areola complex. Only augmentation will not achieve your desired result. You will need an uplift to address the ptosis or pseudoptosis and further fullness can be achieved with implants.

Thank you for the question. You are a good candidate for the tummy tuck procedure bit its always advisable to achieve your target weight before surgery. The procedure will help with removing excess skin and liposuction with help with fat removal. The operation will not address any intra abdominal fat.

Normally i do not use drains and use quilting sutures to minimise the dead space and reduce the serum risk.
