You may be a good candidate for liposuction.
There are 4 main issues influencing the outcome:1. intra-abdominal fat quantity2. abdominal muscle length/tension and separation3. subcutaneous fat quantity4. skin laxity and excess
You need a consultation with a suitably experienced and qualified Plastic Surgeon who can make the determination if this is in your best interests.

You have some rouching at the scar that hasn't completely settled down.At 6 months, these are unlikely to change very significantly and given your level of dissatisfaction you may wish to consider some treatment options.
A scar revision would be a choice to consider and you can approach your Surgeon about this option.

I would consult with your Surgeon who did the procedure.
In general. this would be a sudden increase in physical activity/movements and your body just may not be ready for it.
If you have areas of delayed healing, they won't be ready for this. Also, it could precipitate a late seroma or other complication.

Yes I agree that a rhinoplasty could be used to refine the underlying nasal bones an refine the nasal appearance. The bumps in the upper third indicate widened/irregular nasal bones. They may have developed that way or be the result of trauma. Thinning them down requires rasping. The bones can also be narrowed in.
I would advise a consultation with a Consultant/Board-certified Plastic Surgeon to determine what's best.

Thank you for your question. The is deficiency in the lower inner quadrant of the breast and the nipples are pointing laterally. There is poor cleavage and the breast seems lateralised to the lower outer quadrant. On top of that there is asymmetry with your right side lower than the left. I suspect there may be an element of Tuberous breast here.
I would advise a consultation with a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with knowledge/experience of this area to help you see what your options are...
