As stated in your question, the implants contain cohesive III silicone gel in a silicone shell. These do not contain saline.

This appears to be an area of superficial burn. The best course of action following something like this is to cool the area under cool running tap water for a good 20-30 minutes to minimise progression of the burn wound. Unfortunately most patients panic and rush to the hospital, which is a natural response.

Hopefully, you should not have much scarring in the long term, but may have some pigmentation changes. Once healed, massage the area with some moisturising cream regularly.
