A useful technique to try is the rice bag technique.  You can look it up on line and place differing volumes in a plastic bag and pad it around your breast inside a larger sports bra.  It will give you a rough idea of what it would be like to have 500 gms extra on the front of your chest on each side.  It does seem a bit large.  Best wishes

At two weeks post op you still have a long way to go to your final result.  It is likely that they will soften over the next few months and in a bra that normally means you will have a much improved cleavage compared to pre op.  Best wishes.

There are several patterns of tummy tuck incisions some work better for some shapes compared to others and sometimes its just the personal preference of the surgeon.  For the best results you should follow your surgeons advice on post op wound care garments massage etc, best wishes.

Thats a great question and very relevant when you have put a lot of time and effort into your septorhinoplasty.  There is always a risk with contact sports and some are of course worse than others eg rugby.  I think your surgeon is best placed to answer this question as they know the extent of the surgery performed.  A lot of force would be needed to damage the bridge but less for the tip. The shape of the tip of a persons nose chan be changed with a tip rhinoplasty.  This surgery can be carried out in a closed fashion (no visible external scars) or open where there is a scar one the skin between the nostrils.  An in person exam with a board certified surgeon would be able to give an assessment of factors that would influence the result such as the thickness of the skin over the tip of the nose. This is a complex and there can be multiple causes.  It could be mechanical – not enough space or it could be changes in the sensitivity of the lining of the inside of the front part of the nose from multiple surgeries.  Air may be flowing in but the nerves cannot feel the cool air being pulled in giving rise to a sensation of blockage. You could go and discuss your concerns with your surgeon who could give you some advice, best wishes.
