Even though is to early to determine anything with just 3 days post op, it is common to see some wrinkles form on some tummy tuck closures, specially if it had to be compensated to the center or out. That being said, as you heal that skin will loosen and recover it’s normal aspect, deleting the wrinkles that now bother you.

Since you had a mastopexy depending on the technique your surgeon used, some vascularity was removed; however the superficial skin of the areola and sometimes even the nipple can suffer a partial loss during the first weeks, specially when the swelling peeks. In your case it looks like it will resolve as it evolves, but im sure your surgeon has this covered already. Best of luck!

Liposuction alone will be a positive aesthetic change on your body contour, not having previous pregnancies is a factor that will probably let you get away without the tummy tuck and muscle repair; however losing 50 lbs will leave you with some excess skin after liposuction. If you are planning for pregnancies or breast feeding in the near future perhaps its a good idea to save the tummy tuck and breast lift for after this. Talk to your plastic surgeon about your concerns.

Its normal to be worried, but based on your pictures it looks like delayed healing on a high tension point without signs of infection. It is common to have this kind of healing in places that have a high tension point, in your case that point has the weight of the implant and the tension of the skin. Keep up the wound care, and have good comunication with your surgeon.

Recovery varies a little from patient to patient, but 2 weeks could probably be to soon for you to retake -your normal activities. After surgery you will probably have drains that need be removed in 7-10 days, and pain meds for the first 3 weeks. Some patients return to work on week 3 post op, but mostly is for deskjobs because you still need to keep taking good care of your incisions, and your movement will still be restricted to no hard physical activity for 6 -8 weeks.
