Wow, I have not seen anything like that. However please Research PRP for scar removal. Your own blood is drawn, concentrated, injected and micro needled into those scars. Also with the new skin growth that black color should be replaced with normal skin. Please go see some one in person for a consult. If they have a laser guided top of the line PRP machine that’s a plus. Good luck.

Yes you can elect to have only your cheeks done. However why not grow new skin, circulation, etc on your entire face. The cost is the same and does not take that much longer. I use PRP to treat hyper pigmentation not cause it. Good luck.

The great news is that you are only 23 years old. Yes your skin stretched out, but you are tall, young, and have in my opinion a good chance your elastic skin fibers will go back. Please strive for good nutrition not calories, and exercise increases circulation to you collagen layer that you want to snap back to where it was before. Good luck.

If you eat before a work out the blood that should be in the intestines digesting food is shunted to your muscles. This causes nausea, bloating, etc. and keeps much needed blood from your circulatory system that’s needed to burn the most calories, get optimal muscular contraction, and benefits. You are correct in questioning your friends advice.

There are three types of fat. Structural (pads on the hands, feet, organ support, cheek bones, etc), normal fat (when you skip lunch what your body uses), and abnormal fat (whats on our waist, hips, etc. that we want gone). You lost your structural fat along with the other types of fat. Optimize your hormones to 25 year old levels, and hit the gym you will get your shape back.
