I just received my permanent porcelain veneers, 10 top-augment? improve quality/shape/redo options?

I think your permanent veneers look nice, except the fact that your two front teeth are the same height as the rest of your teeth. In a perfect cosmetic make over, you want the two center teeth to be slightly longer than the teeth to the side of those. This can be tried in your case by reshaping the two teeth immediately next to your central front teeth. If that doesn’t work, you may want to try to have the two front ones remade.

Feb 17, 2015
No you do not have an infection, but you do have a very severe reaction to bleaching materials contacting your gums. You should avoid citric/spicy foods. Try to keep the area clean and be patient because it may take few weeks to fully healed.

I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told the implants were placed too far forward. Any suggestion?
Feb 17, 2015
The cosmetic aspect of your restorations can be corrected by changing the denture only if implants are positioned properly. If the position of the implants is far forward, then the remake of the denture cannot solve the problem.

Immediately after teeth whitening, will regular butter stain teeth?
Feb 17, 2015
Butter should not cause any staining of your teeth. You should avoid foods/drinks with artificial coloring in them such as sodas, curry, red wine, etc…Usually it takes 24 to 48 hours for teeth to get rehydrated and become somewhat resistant to picking up stain.

Are my teeth too overcrowded for Invisalign? And would metal braces work to get them perfectly straight?
Feb 17, 2015
You may have too much crowding but it cannot be fully verified till a dentist has a chance to examine you and can take a set of models to study your case more closely. I wish we could have some pictures with you bitting down and taking one shot from the side.

What is the best route for achieving the smile I want?
Feb 17, 2015
Your case may qualify for Invisalign which would be a shorter treatment than having braces. It would reposition your teeth and at the end by wearing retainers you will maintain the ideal position of the teeth.

I have a small chipped of area on my upper front tooth in the inner corner. What are the options? Is dental bonding one?
Feb 17, 2015
The dental bonding would be a very good option since it’s very conservative and does not require any removal of the healthy tooth structure. It is long lasting if it’s done correctly and quality material is used. It only requires slight roughening/polishing of the tooth prior to bonding the material.
