He continued on to a fellowship in plastic surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center’s department of surgery before also completing a fellowship in reconstructive plastic surgery at New York University Medical Center in New York City.

Dr. Turk is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Naples Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Florida Medical Association. Before opening his private practice in Naples, he was a professor of plastic surgery at Stanford Medical Center in Palo Alto, California. I perform the majority of upper blepharoplasty surgeries under local anesthesia. I place deep sutures that dissolve under the skin. The outside skin suture is removed 3-5 days after the surgery. There is variation with most patients when to remove the skin suture.This is discussed with your board certified plastic surgeon.

From the computer simulation, it appears you can try a larger size up to 375cc. This would give more upper pole fullness and closer cleavage. It would still give balance to the rest of your body shape and not look overdone.The computer imaging is a good estimation of the final result , but is just a simulation. Also reviewing the surgeons body of work with before and after photos is helpful in choosing a board certified plastic surgeon.

Yes, from the photos you are a good candidate for a lower blepharoplasty.  It would involve fat repositioning and /or removal with skin tightening.  Laser treatment will not address the puffiness due to fat accumulation.The surgical procedure can be done under local anesthesia in the office surgery center. Healing time is usually a week to 10 days. I would consult a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation.
