Hello,Looking at your pictures and your age, in my opinion, if your baldness is bothering you then you should certainly go for a hair transplant. Medically also, you are an ideal candidate for a hair transplant and shall achieve a good result in the frontal area. also, looking at the pattern of baldness on your scalp and your family history there are good chances that you might require a second session later on.

As per the pictures shared by you, it is apparent that you ll be benefited from mini tummytuck+ HD lipo flanks and upper abdomen with lower abdomen muscle repair. There is no bulge evident in the upper part of the abdomen requiring correction but if on clinical examination there is any separation of central muscles then that repair will give you the best results.

Hello, Nicoleas per the description given by you i.e. 170cmc, 58kgs, broad shoulders, and more volume on the upper body, 180 wouldn’t be sufficient. Anything between 225/255 moderate plus anatomical implant will give you medium-sized breasts with reasonable projection and perkiness. There is no thumb rule or limitation but the size and type of implants are individualized as per body structure and patient expectations. discuss these with your board certified surgeon for the best outcome.

As per your photographs, in spite of maybe receding (slightly) hairline, you are not a good candidate for a hair transplant. You may prefer waiting for some more time before going in for a hair transplant. If you are in your late twenties and you are in a business where looks matter a lot then you may consider a very slight lowering of your hairline by hair transplant.
