Do I have Symmastia?

Yes I think you probably do have synmastia. Smaller implants, or no implants, would help but also the groove between your breasts would have be reattached to your chest bone.
Do i require a full / mini tummy tuck or lipo?
Full or mini-tummy tuck?

I’d recommend a full tummy tuck as you won’t get rid of that bulge with a mini. You also have some muscle separation that could be repaired top to bottom. Liposuction would improve the overall result.
I gained ten pounds, but it seems to have gone to my tummy. Tummy tuck and/or liposuction? (

You probably won’t have a great of muscle separation unless you’ve had children? You look pretty slim to me. Unless you have excess skin that isn’t really visible on this photo, I think liposuction would be sufficient.

Yes you can have liposuction of the upper arms. Provided you don’t have too much excess skin, the skin should tighten up satisfactorily.
I’d like to know if I am a good candidate for a breast reduction?
Suitability for breast reduction

Dear Beckybebe,
From your photos I would say you are an ideal candidate for a breast reduction particularly as the weight of your breast is causing pain. The scars associated with a breast reduction are long but they fade with time. Generally patients are very satisfied with this surgery. I wouldn’t recommend a breast lift as I think given the size of your breasts they would quite quickly droop. A breast lift would also not help the pain associated with the weight of the breasts.

Dear Mommy’s questions,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having such bad symptoms. I think your symptoms, particularly in your back are too severe to be explained entirely by separation of your stomach muscles. You may well benefit from repair of stomach muscles but I do think you need to see a doctor about your back pain and possibly an orthopaedic spinal surgeon.
I hope you find some relief,
Richard Baker

Prominence of upper pole of ear post-otoplasty
Mar 29, 2020
Mar 29, 2020
Dear Ashleigh19,
I’m sorry to hear you’ve had some recurrence of prominence of the upper part of your ear post-otoplasty (prominent ear correction). This is not uncommon. Your ear still looks good to me and it’s normal for the upper part of the ears to be more prominent than the rest. If you decide to go ahead with a revision procedure, it’s worth waiting 12 months as that way the scar tissue will be softer which means the surgery will be more likely to work with less risk.
