Lipomatic is mecamical liposuction but smartlipo technology is totally different end it is not mechanical. Beside the fat burning effect of smartlipo with 1064 and 1440nm of wavelengths it is also tighten the skin with 1320nm wavelength

I usually use smartlipo triplex in my practice and it is really effective especially about wonderful skin tightening effect. For the arm it is possible to do under local or general.
Competing in martial arts after breast augmentation?

Thank you for your question. Usually I recommend my breast augmentation patients to do cardio excersize 3 weeks after surgery and heavy sports (kickboxing, body building) 6 months after surgery. But your own doctors decision is important.
