This patient was very ashamed of her smile - in public she'd either refrain from smiling or cover her mouth with her hand if she did. She had very reclined upper centrals and supraerupted anterior teeth on both arches. Her upper centrals were proclined and anterior teeth on both arches intruded to decrease her overbite.
