Does Upneeq help with under eye bags?
upneeq does not help under eye bags
May 18, 2023
Upneeq does not effect the lower lid area. If these are truely bags they are likely due to fat herniation and lower blepharoplasty is likely the ideal choice.
I had dark moles on my arm and it looked like iit was coming off so I removed them by hand
pigment change due to trauma to skin
May 18, 2023
Whatever you did to remove this caused trauma to the skin resulting in post inflammatory hypopigmentation. Trauma to the skin, especially those with more pigmented skin types, can leave lighter or darker spots of discoloration. This generally fade and blend with time but may not fade completely. Unfortunately there is not much to do about this issue when it results in loss of pigment.
What is the best noncomedogenic matte sunscreen post botox?
Matte sunscreen suggestions that are non comedogenic

You have already gotten some good options but would also suggest the Zo skinhealth sunscreen + primer and the supergoop glow screen!
Best treatment for large pores /greasy but dry skin skin?
treatment for large pores and greasy skin
Mar 27, 2023
I would consider oral spironolactone, wenlevi or microtox treatments to help control oilyness. Then you could consider procedures to attempt to tighten in the skin such as microneeding and co2 laser, possibly more aggressive chemical peels.
Is weight loss the cause of my smile lines and tired looking skin?
new lines
Mar 27, 2023
I do not think these will go away with weight gain. I would consider an in person evaluation to see if you are a good candidate for something like botox depending on how these lines change with facial movement.
Tretinoin, metrogel, hydroquinone in what order? Have mild rosacea, sun spots, mild melasma and wrinkl
how to use products
Mar 27, 2023
If you have rosacea, your skin can be more easily irriated/sensitive to products like tretinoin, hydroquinoine and vitamin C. Some general things to keep in mind – tretinoin should only be used at night and ideally vitamin C in the morning. I would consider starting with metrogel in am followed by moisturizer and spf. Then using tretinoin only 1-2 nights per week with hydroquinone on the other nights (both followed by moisturizer) and see how you do for a few months. Then I would reevaluate…
Age related concerns about beginning Accutane therapy?
Accutane in adults
Feb 24, 2023
I am not aware of any studies evaluating this issue however often when treating adults, we tend to use lower doses because the visible side effects are not generally very acceptable to working adults. Meaning the dryness and peeling. And at lower doses most side effects are less likely.
