Thank you for your question and photos. Based on your photos alone, I believe you are a great BBL candidate, as you have a lovely natural figure. That being said, you are fairly lean, with a small amount of fat to work with at the inner thighs and abdomen. Depending on how big you're trying to go, your surgeon may recommend you gain a little weight.

Thank you for your question, and congratulations on your impressive lifestyle change! Fat for a fat transfer procedure can be harvested from the abdomen, arms, back, or thighs. Depending on the results you desire, ie how big you're trying to go, will dictate how much fat is needed in order to carry our your procedure. There is no way to tell without a full consultation. Thank you for your great question! It's common for patients to be excited to take their new booties for a test drive! I recommend waiting until the drains are out, and swelling has gone down considerably. From then it's a matter of following your post-operative instructions, which impede vigorous exercise for about 6 weeks. As with all physical activity, I'd say go for it when you are comfortable taking care to avoid too much pressure on the area.

Thank you for your great question. I would recommend until your incisions are fully healed, about 6 weeks before taking a steam. The time after your surgery should be filled with extra care to avoid infection and letting the body fully recover from the liposuction and fat grafting.

Thank you for yoru question. Every surgeon differs slightly on matters regarding pre-operative nutrition and care. In my practice we require patients to stop taking all herbal and nutritional supplements, including teas, about 30 days prior to surgery. I recommend you consult your surgeon and your pre-operative instructions.
