Congratulations on your procedure. You are only 1 week out, so it´s normal to experience pain, swelling and bruising. You should call the office, let them know about your concerns and set up an appointment with your surgeon as soon as he comes back from his vacation. Its very likely nothing alarming, but it´s always better to do regular follow up appointments.
