You have a huge nipple areola complex . There for we should use the periareolar (donut incision) and implant is necessary because of the lack of volume. the implant will not be an issue for the breast feeding.
Would a donut lift / mini mastopexy be sufficient in my case?

I can suggest two option. First of them only nipple areola reduction with periareolar scar. But this option lead to the flattened breast shape. Therefore we need to volume under the nipple areola complex. Implant is the best solution for volume insufficienty. second option is ideal for your situation.
