This is always difficult and as other experts have intimated it may not be easy in one operation. you havnt said what cup size you were before you started the implant journey, but i would consider removal of the implants and capsulectomy as a first stage with breast lift. i would de-epithelialise all your native skin rather than remove it and you might be surprised how much volume could be retained with just your natural tissue- especially if your aim is just a b cup. if you wanted more…

Hi there, its pretty normal not to agree an absolute size/implant as sometimes on the operating table a bit more volume to lift the breast if its a bit droopy can be helpful, or the tissues are just too constricted for a big implant to work or look natural – so some leeway/discretion for your surgeon is generally accepted and good. i would normally, however, agree a range based on your wishes and the practical limits of what your chest will accept and if there is any droop of the breast (if…
