You can have Sculpsure on your arms prior to hysterectomy. Sculpsure is a treatment that targets the fat cells (under the applicators) so there is no effect on your surgery. Good luck!

There are many different combinations that you can place the applicators. The belly button can be avoided by using the little spacer that connects two separate brackets, or use the special bracket that has a wider gap. As long as the brackets are fitted to get more "pillows", you should have great results.

It is generally recommended to have at least 2 treatments per area for best results. You do not "have" to do 2+ treatments, but we do find that the results are much better and patients are much happier with at least 2 treatments. Some people may need more as the area being treated has more fat content, each treatment that is done can reduce up to 24% of fat. Overall, it is up to you and how your body response to the treatment. Hope this helps...
Can a stomach full of stretch-marks benefit from lasers or micro needling?

Stretch marks are difficult to get rid of (also depending on the size and width). It will take multiple treatments (5+) and each treatment is about 4-6 weeks apart. The fractional 1540 laser works by breaking down stretch marks with pulses of laser, this process will trigger new production of tissue below your skin. The new collagen will help improve the overall appearance of the stretch marks.

Yes, PicoSure focus works really well on freckles. The treatment can also help with acne scars and wrinkles at the same time. In addition, it is also very tolerable, with virtually no down time (most patients just have a "pinkish" color for few hours to 1 day). You can definitely find some really great before and after photos with a simple search.

I have seen really great results with Cynosure (Palomar)'s Icon platform. It is a quick 10-15 mins treatment, very tolerable, and results can be seen with just 2 to 3 treatments. Hope this helps.
