Everyone heals a little differently but facelift incisions are made in very precise areas that curve along (or behind) the ear. This area of the face heals better than other areas of the body. A facelift scar will be not be raised and will appear less noticeable than a scar on your stomach.
I recommend you receive a full consultation with your plastic surgeon on what kind of scars you would expect post-facelift procedure.
