It all depends on the look you are going for. The nice thing that in our practice we have the vectra 3-s simulation system that can show you your options with different size implants and with or without a lift.

I would not get caught up with the difference between a full vs mini because in you case the scar will be hidden regardless and your results will be much better.

Yes you can make them smaller but there is limit to how small you can go without doing a mastectomy. I recommend that you remove as much tissue as possible without taking your femininity away.

Sorry to hear that you are having some issues but a 15 cc different will not make that much of a difference. I recommend that you see multiple plastic surgeons to see what they recommend and go with the one that you feel more comfortable with.

From looking at your pictures, I know that you would benefits from a traditional abdominoplasty because you need plication of your muscles as well as removal of all of your skin that is below your belly button. It also seems that you have an umbilical hernia that can be repaired at the same time.
