I want to finally get my teeth fixed: what can I do to have that perfect smile?
traditional braces
Feb 25, 2018
From your pics looks like you have what we call Class III occlusion where your lower teeth are too far forward than your uppers, hence the crowding. This case will most likely need to remove at least 2 cuspid teeth then align the rest. I would bleach them and they may look good then. You are young, I would not put veneers on you just yet. Regular braces yould be your best best. Good luck!
How to fix a slanted smile? What procedures would I need?
it may be your lip
Feb 25, 2018
I agree with one of the previous docs who said that it maybe your lip and not your teeth per se. Your left side of the lip maybe hyper mobile. Easiest reversible procedure is to try botoxing the left side and see if that will even out your smile. If not an analysis of your teeth position can determine if braces or gum recontouring in addition to veneers would be a better option for you. Good luck!
Best option to widen smile?
Narrow smile
Feb 25, 2018
Your dental arches are narrow. Widening the arches is best achieved when you are very young (less than 11-12). At this point you can get some expansion of the arches with regular orthodontics (but not nearly as much as you would have gotten as a child) and with veneers. My opinion is you probably won’t be able to get rid of the buccal corridors completely. Good luck, sometimes every bit helps.

You’ll be throwing money down the drain trying to do a new bridge. I would have done implants yesterday there. Implants are not for old age. They are a great way to restore your oral health if you are a candidate for them.
I have a snaggle tooth, will Invisalign work for me?
Canine tooth
Jul 9, 2017
Hi,
You should not have that tooth pulled, instead the one underneath it (baby tooth) . In my opinion invisalign (takes too long) is not a good option for this case. You can do porcelain braces or the ones tha attach on the inside of the teeth and you can’t see when you smile (Lingual braces)
Hope this helps.
What kind of jaw chirurgical procedure would you recommend to treat Severe Sleep Apnea Syndrome? (Ph
Sleep apnea dental appliance
Jul 9, 2017
I would try that first then move to jaw surgery if that doesn’t help. I may not totally treat your apneas but it may take you from severe to moderate or even minimal.
How to fix my smile?
botox
Jul 9, 2017
Try doing botox, it is reversible to see if the corners of your lips don’t raise up as much.
P.S. I actually like your full smile. You are being yourself’s worst critic.
