I think that it would be helpful for you to see your pre-operative photos which may reveal whether the left breast was lower before your surgery. Breast enlargements tend to provide you with a larger version of your unoperated breasts.
You can always revisit with your plastic surgeon (or get a second opinion) to see if there is any further care (non-surgical this early) that would improve your appearance. Your photos look like you have had a very natural result with the...

The presence of the red and apparently raised rash on your left breast requires an immediate evaluation by your plastic surgeon. This may or may not be implant related. This can be a skin issue (like atopc dermatitis or herpes zoster) or an underlying problem in the breast tissue.
My best advice would be to call and see your plastic surgeon for and examination at this time.

13 months ago, you had procedures done to improve your small asymmetrical breasts. The photos now and your observations of scarring and some hardness need to be addressed by your plastic surgeon. There also now appears to be positional asymmetries of these implants on your chest wall.
I recommend that you return to your surgeon for a consultation and physical examinaton. You can then discuss your options for care.

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing left breast tightness and soreness near the incision over a year since surgery. There is no way to provide you with a diagnosis and or treatment options without an examination.
My best advice is for you to contact your plastic surgeon for a consultation and his (her) recommentatons. If you are concerned, you should contact and visit the surgeon at your earliest convenience.

I think that it would be helpful for you to see your pre-operative photos which may reveal whether the higher right breast was higher before your surgery. Breast enlargements tend to provide you with a larger version of your unoperated breasts.
You can always revisit your plastic surgeon to see if there is any further care that would improve your appearance. Your photos look like you have had a very natural result.

The removal of 20 year old implants and your lifts appear to have further unmasked the likely pre-existing attenuation of your skin centrally. Disruption of the attachment of your medial breast skin to the underlying sternal area is a problem which could be treated by a number of different techniques. This is also influenced by the surgery procedure employed at the time of the implant removal and the overall tissue quality present for re-anchoring medially.
If you surgeon seems...

Steroid injections for a tummy tuck scar can cause some local tissue atrophy. Ultimately, you must ask yourself if the steroids have improved your overall scar result, even with the small area of atrophy. If this scar and the area of atrophy are of significan concern, you can consider the option of a scar revision. This has the risk of recurrent scarring. All options must be discussed carefully with your plastic surgeon at a consultation and re-examination.

You are now 7 months after an implant exchange (with smaller implants) and breast lifts. With the larger implants you had prior to this surgery, your breast skin was stretched and required breast lifts. Now your breasts sit apart further than you desire when you are supine. Do you still have extra breast skin? Is the old implant cavity larger than optimal? Is the replacement implant too small?
A consultation and re-examination by your plastic surgeon could help you. You both...

I am sorry to hear that you are having the onset of breast implant pain at 6 months after surgery. There are a multitude of potential causes for this problem,
You would benefit from an earlier return to your plastic surgeon. A re-examination of your augmentations and a discussion of the pain with your doctor would provide direction for diagnosis and treatment. If this pain is accompanied with increasing hardness of the breast, you may be having early capsule formation or...

I am sorry to hear that your body has reacted so poorly to absorbable sutures. Chronic draining wounds from an old incision overlying a breast implant is most concerning.
Have you had any other symptoms with this breast which are suggestive of a more chronic underlying process? Hardess? Pain? Swelling? Fever? Redness of the breast tissue? An ultrasound or a mammogram may help evaluate the problem area and the tissue beneath it.
Perhaps a second opinion could give you some peace...

There are many possible causes of breast pain at 7 months after surgery. The best approach would be a follow-up visit with your pastic surgeon for an examination and a discussion of your concerns. The causes of your pain could include (but are not limited to) the following:
1) Trauma
2) Too tight an underwire (or sports) bra. (Wire too tight laterally)
3) An unsupported breast especially with exercise or activity,
4) Early scar contracture

Implant selection in patients with uneven breast sizes and projections can be challenging. The simplest approach would be to have your surgeon place you in a trial bra and place implants of different sizes and shapes on each side until you attain visually a more symmetrical appearance. This takes a little more time in the consultation, but a well chosen pair of implants will result in a happier patient. The augmentations should look better to you after your surgery, but not...

Breast trauma during sex and from other activities can make breasts sore and tender. Some later bruising on the right breast could be a possible sign of an implant capsule tear. Although much less likely, the implant could be damaged.
The best course of action would be a visit to your plastic surgeon for a follow-up consultation. If there is significant bleeding around the implant, this can lead to a hard implant later.

Without an examination and consultation, it is difficult to plan the best course for your care. There are certainly a number of ways to address your uneven breasts. Are the breast symmetrical in position and shape? Using the same size implants in significantly different sized breasts can result in bigger breasts that are still uneven.
To assess size selection for your uneven breasts, a trial bra at your doctors office and the placement of implants of differing sizes can help...

Your chest wall shape (wide sternal area) and current lateral position of your breasts will limit creating cleavage. There is risk for further lateral rotation of your nipples outward, the closer to the midline the implants are placed. And lastly, if you try to place the implants closer together, the skin is much thinner toward the area in front of your sternum. This could put you at risk for a very visible and palpable implant (rippling and worse).
