No other procedure, or intervention, will give you the improvement that you are looking for. An in person evaluation will help to clarify how that would work for you and what the recovery will be like. Talk to at least two Board Certified Plastic Surgeons with experience in this procedure before you decide.

Thank you for your question. For me, looking at the provided photos, I think a more traditional dorsum reduction with osteotomies would give you the look that you want. Rasping the dorsum may actually make your nose look too wide in that mid portion. If the nasal bones are uneven, that is another reason to look at a standard rhinoplasty as your best option. Make sure you get a few opinions from experienced, Board Certified surgeons.

Thank you for your question and photos. Your concerns can be improved with rhinoplasty, but it is more challenging than a typical rhinoplasty. The length can be improved with a septal extension graft and the dorsum augmented with a diced cartilage graft. The tip would be adjusted to fit with the new shape. Make sure that you talk with at least two board certified Plastic Surgeons with experience doing these procedures before moving forward with your plans.

Educate yourself in how the procedure works by reviewing actual before and after photos. Try not to be influenced by celebrity photos. Many of those are "digitally enhanced". Find at least two board certified Plastic Surgeons with experience in rhinoplasty and see what they have to say. Best of luck.

From what can be assessed in you photos, you appear to be a good candidate for liposuction. You likely have some abdominal wall laxity from your pregnancy that would not be completely corrected, but a full abdominoplasty might be more operation than you really need. An in person evaluation would tell the story. Make sure that you review your options with at least two board certified Plastic Surgeons that have experience in these procedures.

Thank you for your question. Abdominoplasty is a very popular, and very effective, procedure for treating the issues that you describe. The "full vs. mini" decision is really all about your physical findings and what would work best for you. The full abdominoplasty is much more common. The safety profile of the procedures is not that different. If you are in good health and at a reasonable weight, it is a low risk procedure that provides significant benefit. Best of luck.

Thank you for your question. From what I see in the photos I think it is possible to improve the shape of your nostrils. It would be a combination of a little less projection (overall size of the nose) and possibly some modification of the "footplates". Make sure that you review this with a couple of board certified Plastic Surgeons that have experience in these procedures.
