If I go to a dermatologist can he say the exact reason of my hair loss?
Dermatologist for hair loss
Oct 17, 2016
Yes, a dermatologist can determine the cause of your hair loss. Most male hair loss is caused by genetics, but there are medical causes of loss which can be addressed and diagnosed by a dermatologist.
Can my hair transplant be done in one session or two session is required based on recent images that i h
Hair transplant
Oct 17, 2016
From the photos, it is difficult to discern the donor area density. However, I would feel certain you will need more than one session, because your non-transplanted hair on the top of your scalp currently will fall, and you will want more grafting to support your transplant. Whether it be one session or two initially, after the fall of the existing hair in recipient area, you will want/need additional grafting.
Is there any thing called hair transplantation on chest?
Chest transplant
Oct 17, 2016
Yes, hair can be transplanted onto chest area. The only thing I would warn against is using valuable donor hair from the scalp on your body. If it is needed later for scalp hair loss, you will have a lesser amount to harvest. Your donor area is a finite amount, once it is removed, it does not grow back.

What if I don’t wash my hairs with shampoo properly after hair transplant?
Shampooing after transplant
Oct 12, 2016
It is very important to cleanse the scalp as directed after a transplant. Bacteria, yeast, and other organisms can grow. The scabbing should definitely be resolved by this point. I would recommend lathering the scalp with baby shampoo, gently massaging the scalp with your finger tips- not finger nails, letting the lather sit for 10-12 minutes then rinsing with a slow running shower or cup of water. Repeat daily or twice daily until scabbing is resolved.
Can I stop after 2 to 3 weeks?
Stopping minoxidil
Oct 12, 2016
It is fine to stop minoxidil, but do know that any gains you made from using the product will be lost. After use of 2-3 weeks, it is unlikely you have had any growth or changes to your hair so it should not be a detriment to discontinue use.

Who to see for hair loss
Oct 11, 2016
I would recommend seeing a dermatologist for your hair loss. They can evaluate what type of hair loss you have and give you treatment options. Surgery is not always the best option for hair loss. Sometimes medical conditions cause hair loss and a dermatologist can sort through those causes to give you answers.
I want to ask if i can do hair transplant?
Ready for hair transplant?
Oct 11, 2016
From the photos you appear to have diffuse loss only without any true pattern of loss. Hair transplants are probably not in your best interest at this time. You do not have appear to have any areas of baldness. Medical therapy may be a better option for you. I would recommend seeing a dermatologist for options.
