Thanks for the question.  As others have said it may just need a little more time to settle down.  Often times one side will settle slower than the other and its usually, in my experience, the right side because most people are right handed.  As you use your muscles it flexes and pulls the implant a bit higher.  I would recommend massaging the implant to my patients and suggest you ask your surgeon if that is something he/she agrees with at this point to help.

Thanks for question.  I see minimal signs of any issues with your photos although we can not evaluate the entire wound given the steri strips still in place over most of it.  It does appear you may have some slight blistering but that should resolve.  your nipple is pink and viable and unlikely to have any permanent issues.  Ask your doctor to advise you on how he wishes you to address the areas that appear to want to blister.

Thanks for your question.  From your photos you appear to be a good candidate for Lipo and tummy tuck.  However, if you are looking to get the most out of these procedures it is probably best to have them done separate from one another.  It is possible with newer techniques to do liposuction to the abdomen and flanks while doing the tummy tuck but the more aggressive a surgeon gets with liposuction the more the risk of compromising the blood supply to the abdomen becomes.  This can res...

Thanks for the question.  Yes there can be some element of lumpiness after any surgical procedure and especially liposuction.  This is usually related to the swelling and scar tissue that develops after liposuction.  Massage and pressure are 2 of the best things to resolve this, however, I recommend you speak to your surgeon about this issue because it should be settling down after about 6-8 weeks and you are about 6 weeks postop.  In rare cases these can be more longterm issue.

Thanks for your question. As some may have already said only about 50% of the fat takes and with some newer techniques maybe slightly higher.  Part of the reason the face takes better is because of robust blood flow. The more volume that is transfered in general the less fat takes. Thanks for your question. I agree that this is likely a firm area associated with swelling or left over bruising in that area.  I commonly perform the right side of my facelifts before the left.  So, commonly we see slightly more swelling on the right than the left because it builds up while working on the left side and the right side is down with the patient's head turned to the right.  Other times it could be (as mentioned above) sutures that are palpable.  These issue usually settle down...

Thanks for the question.  From your photo it looks like you would benefit from a mini facelift with necklift and platysmaplasty.  Make sure you choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to do your surgery.

Thanks for the photo and your question.  It is not uncommon to have some asymmetry of the eyelids immediately after surgery.  I recommend speaking to your surgeon.  It is also likely that any asymmetry will settle down and even out over the ensuing weeks.

Thanks for the question.  No I doubt you have anything to worry about.  A septoplasty removes a portion of the cartilage of the septum between the right and left side of the nose.  Your physician was only suctioning and you likely still have swelling since its only been 1 week.  Swelling can last as long as a year in nasal surgery.  Did you ask you surgeon this question?  I suggest you communicate with him to alleviate your concerns.

Thanks for your question.  As others have said a facelift can result in swelling for as long as 6 months.  However, for someone with younger and better quality of skin in my practice we usually see swelling lasting more around 6-8 weeks. It is quite possible that this will setlle down and may require some slight massage.  I recommend talking to your surgeon to see if they offer any modalities to minimize or reduce swelling faster.  Lymphatic type of massage may help you as well.
