I have seen multiple patients just this month who regretted both abdominal implants and so-called “abdominal etching” where fake abs were carved out of the fatty tissue. In both cases, patients complained that their partners noticed the fake appearance and wanted to know what they had done to themselves.
I would advise you to avoid these procedures. Go to a skilled liposuction surgeon and reduce the fat overlying your normal musculature, go to the gym, and show off your results with pride.

It looks like you have amazing arms, with toned muscles. I would bet that the majority of the “fat” in the lower arm is your triceps muscle with the small amount of fat required to give the skin smoothness. I fear you would either see minimal results or be harmed with a procedure. No arm is naturally a straight line.

I understand your concerns regarding an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). A skin-only tummy tuck is a great option that does not include the more painful and difficult-to-recover muscle repair. It will remove a good swatch of the lower skin, placing the scar similar to a C section scar.

Yes, the filler, if truly HA, can be dissolved with Hyaluronidase injections. The exact amount is very difficult to estimate without a thorough physical exam in the office. The procedure is quick and nearly painless. Sometimes you need a Hyaluronidase touchup depending how much dissolves with the first treatment.

First of all, sincere congratulations for breaking your addiction. Amazing.You’re options will depend on how the buttock skin feels on physical exam. I would then have a good idea of how deep and disfiguring the scarring would be. As we expand the buttock, the scarring may become even more visible. It’s hard to say based on the photos. Some subcision or little needle cuts to release scar, can be done at the time of surgery and fat grafts used to fill in the indentations.

Yes, you have a keloid forming. I recommend either starting steroid injections now, or having it excised and begin compression and steroid injections.  Be wary of future piercings as this will likely happen again.
