Thank you for the great question. The procedure that I normally combine is a Tummy Tuck with 360 Liposculpting and determine if a Tummy Tuck is needed or not and during the same surgery perform the BBL. I then usually perform the Breast Procedure as a second surgery about three to six months later.

To answer your question it can definitely be improved we gave much better technology available to fix these type of problems. what I would recommend is 4D- High Definition Vaser Liposculpting to smoothen out all of the asymmetries thus in combo with sculpting you so abs.

What I Recomended is Vaser High Definition 360 liposculpting with Gluteal reshaping to included the upper inner thigh this to create the inner thigh gap. Most important is you want to seek a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with experience in Revision of BBL PROCEDURES.

Thank you for your question. Based on your pictures and the procedure and amount of breast tissue removed. I personally would have done a different procedure for you that would have yielded a much different result. Having said that you would need about about year before undergoing a restorative procedure and possibly a secondary procedure to get you to your goal.

I would not recommend body tite to address your problem. The procedure to address your problem would be Tummy Tuck I understand you do not want to go the tummy tuck route because of blood clots but I perform Tummy Tucks on patients with this history and what we do is put patients on an anticoagulant for six weeks post surgery and do very good without a problem.

Great question what I would recommend is to do your BBL FIRST IN COMBO WITH BA. This way you take advantage of your fat transfer. Then come back 6 months later for your TT. Make sure you do your research on your plastic surgeon and more important make sure he is BOARD CERTIFIED BY THE AMERICAN BOARD OF PLASTIC SURGER.

Based on your pictures it does not appear that you have a very significant disproportion. what I would recommend is Vaser Lipo with fine canulas so you can get both lipo and the skin tightening of Vaser. When you choose your Plastic Surgeon make sure you do your research and finally make sure he is BOARD CERTIFIED BY THE AMERICAN BOARD OF PLASTIC SURGEONS
