One can see improvement in facial lines 3-4 days after Botox injections, with the peak effect seen around 10-14 days. Re-treatment is usually needed 3-4 mos. after injection. Botox can be used indefinitely. With regular treatment, you may need less units as time goes on.

Thank you for your question and photo. You appear to be an excellent candidate for Botox. Botox will soften both the lines between your eyebrows (the ’11s’) and the forehead lines (as well as the ‘Crow’s feet along the lateral eyes). The 11’s usually require 20-25 units. The forehead typically needs 12-16 units. Botox is generally repeated every 3-4 mos. to maintain the effect. Thanks for the question. Fillers work really well in this area, particularly Vollure and Juvederm Ultra Plus. Expect some bruising which will resolve in 1-2 weeks. Ice helps a lot.
